Return and refund policy

 

We want every order to feel straightforward and fair.

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we will help make it right.

 

To start a return, email beermoney@atomicmail.io with your order number and a short description of the issue. Approved returns should be sent back using the instructions we provide.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected. Processing time is usually 3-5 business days after we receive the item.

 

Items that are used, missing parts, or returned outside the return window may not qualify for a refund.
